What I Eat In A Day On A Cut | 2400 CALORIES + AB WORKOUT

Here’s a typical what I eat in a day when I’m looking to cut body fat. In this video I break down exactly how to find your calories for a successful fat loss phase as well as 3 amazing easy/healthy recipes you can incorporate into your diet!

Meals include- Protein Pancakes, Sweet Potato Waffles and a Chicken/Vegetable Curry (ALL Within 2400 calories!)

Along with the food, I show you my favourite abs routine that I do on a weekly basis. It’s quick and easy and doesn’t require any equipment. So this can be done at the comfort of your own home!

    Once you loose weight in a deficit do you need to adjust your kcals to your new body weight? If so how long should you wait until you alter the kcals?
