WHAT I EAT IN A DAY FOR 1500 CALORIES | WHAT CAN YOU EAT UNDER 1500 CALORIES INCLUDING CHOCOLATE!!

Hi guys and welcome back to my channel. I am on a bit of a mission to get fit and healthy. I would love to be at my pre-baby weight which means I have a few pounds to lose but I also want to get healthier, leaner and stronger. Some days we have been going all out and eating all the chocolate and pizzas but most days we have been sticking to a 1500 calorie meal plan. I wanted to show you how much food you can actually eat for 1500 calories INCLUDING CHOCOLATE and also some bread and pasta!!

  1. Lucy, I am saying it in the nicest way but be very careful. It doesn’t seem like enough to eat for one day.

  2. Lucy, please don’t post content like this – it’s incredibly irresponsible, you’ve got no basis or credentials to be giving dietary advice and 1500 kcal daily just isn’t enough for most people. You have literally halved your normal daily intake which can have some really dreadful effects on your BMR. Please rethink your content, and understand that healthy doesn’t necessarily mean fewer calories. To anyone else reading, the best way to lose weight is to eat in a deficit of 200-300kcal less than what you’d normally be eating. I hope you’re well, Lucy, and I hope you put a bit more thought into the effects of the content you’re putting out into the world!
