  1. I lost 25 kg in 6 months by fast walking. 9.0 incline and 5.0 speed for starters. Each month I raise incline and speed for a little. And all strength exercise as well. I feel like different man. I was at 104kg,now I'am on 82kg. I can running 25-30 mins at day,which I couldn't at start(5-7 maximum). I agree that fast walking is apsolutely fantastic cardio. It's much more easier than running and orbitrek. And you burn even more calories.

  4. All I do is 30 minutes on the elliptical for 6 days a week at 5:30am. Not sure that helps that with any weight lose.
