Cardio or Weights | Which BURNS more calories? 🤔

Cardio or Weights? which would burn more calories? Those a lot of arguments for and against both cardio and weights for fat loss or calories burned.

In this video I do a 30 minute cardio session and track my calories, and I also do a 30 minute weight training session to track my calories for comparison.

For my weight training, I went with lighter weights so I could last the entire 30 minutes with minimal rest time. It was a challenge raising my heart rate but keep watching the video to see how it all went.

  3. I think the best is to do a mix of the two! Weight training helps to increase muscle mass, while cardio maintains a good heart health ☺️

  4. Love you Chloe! I have recently gotten my military boyfriend to do your 25min summer shredder workout. He ended it laying on the ground in a sweat puddle. This morning he said “let’s do another ting workout tonight” You are shredding us both now!

  5. Loved it! But i would have done a normal weight workout, not super set it o mainly not bringing your weights down, I'm shure you would have burn more calories

    im during your Summer Shred Challenge of Day 21
    i told you on instagram that i put Running Day (in between your 35 days plan)
    (for example Day 1 > Run > Day 2 > Run > Day 3 > Run > Day 4 >>> … )
    i count it as Cardio (altho your vids already could count as Weight and Cardio at the same time)
    but i want more Cardio because im so newbie and i need to lean more fat and increase my endurance

    but i nvr seen someone try experiment like this before
    i been curious about it until i watch this vid

  7. To be honest Chloe I’ve done your summer shredding programme and just completed the whole thing and I’ve noticed yes I’ve lost fat but I’ve also lost a lot of muscle which was so hard for me to gain
