I’m so glad you are here spending this time with me to work hard using our dumbbells to target our whole body and mixing in cardio within the workout to focus on strength and cardio endurance with HIGH INTENSITY! We will be working for 45 and 60 seconds today and I used 10 lb, 15 lb, and 20 lb dumbbells today but pick weights that challenge YOU where YOU are today! I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. I use my knowledge from my NASM certifications, bachelor’s degree, nursing school experience, and my elite athletic background to lead you through workouts designed to make you a stronger, more balanced athlete.   1. Wow, this one was tough! Heart rate was above 160 bpm the entire time! Fantastic. 596 calories burned! Sydney you are amazing. I honestly can tell a huge difference in my strength from doing last month's challenge. So happy

  3. I kept waiting for a slightly easier circuit. Never happened. The entire workout was brutal. Brutal! I the urge to stop with 12 minutes left but I pushed thru. It. Was. Intense.

  4. Sweating like a maniac by the end of that one!! So so good! I tried upping my weights on each exercise and felt it for sure!! Those man makers were intense!!

  5. WOW- had to talk myself through the back 1/2 of the conditioning portion-it was awesome though! Lifting heavier & getting in better condition; CRUSHED IT!!
